This Membership Policy describes how Loop Health, LLC ("Loop Health," "we," "us," or "our") membership subscriptions work, including tiers, billing, benefits, and cancellation.
Membership Tiers
Loop Health offers membership tiers (including Self-Directed, Guided, and Concierge) with varying levels of access to protocols, coaching, community features, and clinical services. Tier names, pricing, and included benefits are displayed at checkout and in your account settings and may change from time to time with notice.
Billing and Auto-Renewal
Paid memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method at the start of each billing period. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will receive notice of upcoming renewals where required by law.
What's Included
Membership fees typically include platform access, community features, and tier-specific coaching or content. The following are generally not included in the base membership fee unless your tier explicitly states otherwise:
- Compounded medications and pharmacy fulfillment
- One-time or recurring consultation fees charged by independent clinicians
- Lab tests, imaging, or third-party wearable subscriptions
Member discounts on compounds and services may apply based on your tier. Discount details are shown at purchase.
Changing or Cancelling
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your membership through your account billing settings or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Downgrades may reduce access to certain features at the next renewal.
Refunds
Refund eligibility for membership fees is described in our Return & Refund Policy. In summary: cancellations stop future charges; refunds within 7 days of initial purchase may be available upon request; annual plans may qualify for pro-rata refunds within the first 30 days.
Pauses and Reactivation
If your payment fails, we may suspend access until the balance is resolved. Former members may reactivate through the reactivation flow where offered. We do not guarantee that prior pricing or tier benefits will remain available after cancellation.
Changes to Membership
We may modify tier features, pricing, or availability with advance notice where required. Material changes to paid subscriptions will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless you cancel before renewal.
